We’ve talked about Gideon’s Bakehouse plenty of times here before, sharing reviews of their half-pound cookies, giant cake slices, and creative coffee drinks. But now, they’ve announced a returning treat for the month of May!
Gideon’s Bakehouse
Each month brings a different seasonal cookie at Gideon’s Bakehouse, and this month, it’s the White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut. It’s made with their homemade salted caramel baked right in, and they describe the cookie as “sweet, salty, soft, and crunchy.” We actually tried this cookie in 2022 when it was the cookie of the month for June and really loved it!
The Salted Caramel Nitro Cold Brew will be sticking around for a little while longer as well, so you can get the coffee to match the cookie flavors! This cookie also comes with a new character (Gideon’s is known for its unique character artwork) — Maria Velia. You can purchase Maria Velia t-shirts, get the limited edition print only on May 1st, or find her on the collectible menu throughout the month of May.

If you’re not interested in this cookie or you want to do double desserts, you can head over to Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew in Disney Springs, where you’ll find the limited-edition Super Hero Donut and Cupcake Cold Brew…both inspired by the release of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Both treats are available daily through May 7th.
