The new ‘Part of Your World’ soft-serve ice cream has debuted at Storybook Treats in Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom.
Part of Your World Soft-Serve Ice Cream – $6.29
DOLE Whip ® Strawberry and Purple Cheesecake Soft-serve topped with White Chocolate Crisp Pearls and a Chocolate Seashell served in a Blue Cone.
We have been very pleasantly surprised with how aesthetically pleasing ‘The Little Mermaid’-inspired treats have looked.
Although the treat is called ‘Part of Your World,’ the colors are reminiscent of Ursula.
The Strawberry Dole Whip was nice and refreshing, and exactly what you’d expect strawberry-flavored Dole Whip to taste like.
Unfortunately, it was completely overpowered by the Purple Cheesecake soft-serve. The Purple Cheesecake soft-serve also did not taste much like cheesecake. Instead, it had a heavy artificial flavoring to it which tasted like food coloring.
The Purple Cheesecake part of the treat stains, so please beware if you have a light-colored outfit on or if you give this to young children.
The White Chocolate Crisp Pearls tasted a little strange to us on an ice cream cone. We have seen Disney add this to many of their cupcakes before as an extra touch, which was fine —however, it was too much on the ice cream.
The seashell was made of a simple white chocolate. It didn’t add anything special to the treat other than being visually pleasing.
The blue cone was just a regular tasting waffle cone.
We were confused when they handed us this cone because it looked nothing like the photo displayed on the counter of Storybook Treats. The colors were different and so were the shells. Apparently, they have an assortment of random shells that they include on top of the ice cream.
Overall, other than it being pretty, it did not “wow” us. We did not want this treat to be part of our world.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse
“Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” is the sequel to the critically-acclaimed “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” (2018), an animated film from Sony starring Shameik Moore as Miles Morales, a.k.a. Spider-Man. The film delved into the multiverse before “Spider-Man: No Way Home” did, with multiple versions of Spider-Man, including Miles, Peter Parker, and Gwen Stacy. Watch the new trailer below.
Moore returns as Miles Morales, who became Spider-Man after the Peter Parker of his universe died. Hailee Steinfeld is also back as Gwen Stacy, a.k.a. Spider-Woman, and Jake Johnson returns as Peter B. Parker, both from different universes. As seen in the trailer, Peter now has a daughter, Mayday, with his wife, Mary Jane.
“Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” introduces the Spider-Society, a group of even more versions of Spider-Man from across the universes. These Spideys include Issa Rae as Jessica Drew / Spider-Woman, Daniel Kaluuya as Hobart “Hobie” Brown / Spider-Punk, Karan Soni as Pavitr Prabhakar / Spider-Man India, and Oscar Isaac as Miguel O’Hara / Spider-Man 2099. Isaac had a brief cameo appearance at the end of “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.” He’s the leader of the Spider-Society, and butts heads with Miles.
The “Spider-Verse” franchise is separate from the MCU, but multiple actors have appeared in both. Steinfeld also portrays Kate Bishop / Hawkeye, Isaac portrays the titular character of “Moon Knight,” Kaluuya portrayed W’Kabi in “Black Panther,” and Soni portrays Dopinder in the “Deadpool” films. The “Deadpool” series was also originally disconnected from the MCU, but “Deadpool 3” (2024) will officially be part of it.
Kathryn Hahn voiced Doctor Olivia Octavius in “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” before appearing as Agatha Harkness in “WandaVision.” Though her version of Doctor Octopus isn’t expected to return, Hahn will reprise the role of Agatha in her own series, “Agatha: Coven of Chaos,” scheduled to premiere in late 2023 or early 2024.
In the “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” trailer, Isaac’s Spider-Man 2099 references the events of the MCU’s “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” expressing frustration with Tom Holland’s Peter Parker and Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange. The MCU is currently in the midst of their own Multiverse Saga.
Also among the “Across the Spider-Verse” cast is Jason Schwartzman as Jonathan Ohnn / The Spot, Brian Tyree Henry as Jefferson Davis (Miles’ father), Luna Lauren Vélez as Rio Morales (Miles’ mother), Greta Lee as Lyla, Shea Whigham as George Stacy (Gwen’s father), and Jorma Taccone as Vulture.
“Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” is directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson. The screenplay is by Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and David Callaham.
The film will be released in theaters on June 2, 2023.
