The new Sparkling Night alcoholic beverage has debuted at Hollywood Lounge in Disney California Adventure.

Champagne and Blue Curaçao served in a Disney100 Fluted Glass

The new Sparkling Night drink at the Hollywood Lounge in Disney California Adventure is aesthetically pleasing and comes in a Disney100 fluted glass. Although it says it’s description that it is glass, it’s really more of a hard plastic.

The combination of the champagne and the Blue Curaçao gives the drink a nice, ombré look. It fades nicely from clear to a deep teal color at the top.

The fluted glass has a “Disney100” logo surrounded by fireworks centered on it.

The drink didn’t blow us away, but it wasn’t bad. We wish that it could’ve been mixed a little better — there was a ton of Blue Curaçao at the bottom of the glass. We also detected hints of sugar and tropical flavoring.

Please be advised that there is a limit of two drinks that can be sold per person, per transaction.
