2 BIG Announcements We’re Expecting from Disney Next Week

Ok, it may have reached 95° this week in Disney World and it is only June, but we have an important message for you about the holidays.

Yes, the holidays are MONTHS away, but Disney is already preparing for them. Yesterday, Disney shared that 6 new holiday snacks and a popcorn bucket would be arriving across its parks and cruises soon. But that’s not all we’re expecting! Disney will likely share some big news about the holidays next week. Here’s what could happen.

Why next week? Well, Disney is gearing up for its Halfway to the Holidays celebration (which is what the new treats are about). Typically, we get some big news about the holiday party during this week every year — similar to how Disney dropped Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party details during Halfway to Halloween. So, what are we expecting to learn?

Dates

Last year, during the Halfway to the Holidays celebration, we learned that Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party would be returning for select nights between November 8th and December 22nd.

The holidays will be here sooner than you think!

While we haven’t gotten confirmation yet that Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party would be returning this year, it is possible that we will get a similar announcement for 2023’s holiday event.

Prices

Last year, we also got a full list of the pricing for the event during Halfway to the Holidays!

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party

In 2022, prices ranged from $149-$199 for adults and $139-$189 for kids (ages 3-9). We also learned that tickets went on sale on July 7th, 2022–so be prepared for that announcement too!
