Family Suite Locations at Walt Disney World

There are two Disney Value Resorts — All-Star Music and Art of Animation — with Family Suite accommodations.

All-Star Music

At All-Star Music, the resort pays tribute to musical genres like country, jazz, rock ‘n’ roll, calypso, and Broadway-style show tunes.

This resort is located in Disney’s Animal Kingdom area.

Art of Animation

Not surprisingly, the theming here is all about animation, so you won’t have to look far to find your favorite Disney characters amid the artsy decor.

Prices

Typically offering lower nightly rates on standard rooms, Value Resorts showcase family suites that are less costly than suites at other Disney hotels.

All-Star Music

The suites start at $323 per night and go up to $658 per night — that’s for a Family Suite around the Christmas holiday when the parks are very busy. These rooms are found in the Jazz Inn and Calypso areas of the resort.

If price is your largest concern, All-Star Music family suites should be at the top of your list.

Animation Resort

Family Suites in the Finding Nemo section, which is considered a preferred location due to its proximity to the main building, feature pool, dining, shopping, and transportation, tend to be the priciest area of the resort. Suites here start at $502 per night in the value season and soar up to $912 per night during the busiest, holiday season.

Lion King Family Suite

Family Suites in the Cars or Lion King sections aren’t quite as steep, starting at $475 per night in the value season and rising to $845 per night during the busiest, holiday season.

Transportation

All-Star Music

If you need to get to Disney Springs or the parks, you only have one option when it comes to Disney transportation: Disney buses. But buses pretty much go everywhere you need to go.

So you’ll have to keep that in mind when you get ready to travel to and from the resort.

Animation Resort

Disney’s newest form of transportation, the Disney Skyliner, hosts a station located between Disney’s Pop Century Resort and Disney’s Art of Animation Resort! This is a HUGE perk for Art of Animation guests that makes getting around Disney World a whole lot easier.

Skyliner

From Pop Century and Art of Animation, the Skyliner goes directly to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort with transfers to Disney’s Riviera Resort, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT.

Additionally, guests have access to Disney Bus Transportation to and from the theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs.
