Most of the Disney100 1960s Decades Collection has arrived at Disneyland Resort. We found the “One Hundred and One Dalmatians” Loungefly backpack, “The Jungle Book” ear headband, and “The Sword in the Stone” plush set at the Emporium in Disneyland.
‘101 Dalmatians’ Loungefly Backpack – $88.00
This Loungefly backpack features a scene from the end of “One Hundred and One Dalmatians” with all of the pups gathered around Roger’s piano.
There are two interactive flaps on the front of the backpack.
One is the rug and the other is the armchair.
Lifting the small flaps reveal hidden puppies.
The interior lining is light brown with an all-over pattern of dark brown pawprints, and Dalmatians in various states of being covered in black soot.
The back of the bag also features four soot-covered puppies playing.
‘The Jungle Book’ Ear Headband – $39.99
This Minnie Mouse ear headband is inspired by “The Jungle Book.” The front of the canvas ears feature images of Baloo and King Louie set behind felt palm tree leaves. Bananas hanging above baloo are embroidered. A neutral-toned bow sits in the center.
Shere Khan and Kaa are on the backs of the ears. Felt fronds are attached to both sides of the ears.
A Disney100 Decades branding plaque is attached to the side of the headband.
The ears and exterior of the headband are dark blue fabric, while the inside of the headband is lined with soft green velour.
Madam Mim and Merlin Stuffed Animal Set – $39.99
Lastly, there are two plush in this set inspired by “The Sword in the Stone.” One is Madam Mim as a dragon, while the other is Merlin as a mouse.
Merlin is a light blue mouse with bushy white eyebrows and fur around his red nose. A silver pair of spectacles are embroidered over his eyes.
Madam Mim is a larger purple-pink dragon with angry green eyes.
She has wild fuzzy purple hair.
The plush come together in a Disney100 Decades-branded dust bag.
We haven’t found the 1960s “Wonderful World of Color” Professor Ludwig Von Drake pin at Disneyland Resort yet. The full 1960s Deaces Collection is available at Walt Disney World.
Disney100 Decades Collections
Disney has recently been merchandise collections to celebrate different time periods within the company’s history. Moving decade by decade, Disney is releasing a new merchandise line about once per month.
The first of the Disney100 Decades Collections was the 1920s series inspired by “Steamboat Willie.”
The 1930s Disney100 Decades Collection featured merch inspired by “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” “The Band Concert,” and more classic characters.
The 1940s collection was inspired by “Pinocchio,” “Fantasia,” “Dumbo,” and Scrooge McDuck.
The 1950s collection focused on Goofy, “Alice in Wonderland,” “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea,” and of course, “Cinderella.”
The upcoming 1970s collection will include a Muppets-inspired Loungefly mini backpack.
