Calling all Disney fans! Are you ready for a unique park experience? We tried the new Epcot after-hours event! This separately-ticketed event offers low wait times, complimentary snacks, and an unforgettable night at the park.

Running from 10 pm to 1 am, the after-hours event is the perfect way to enjoy Epcot without the crowds and long lines. Attractions such as Guardians of the Galaxy, Living with the Land, Spaceship Earth, Frozen Ever After, and Grand Fiesta Tour have minimal wait times, ensuring that you get to experience all your favorite rides and attractions. You’re able to enter the park as early as 7 pm, but since we have annual passes we opted to enter even earlier at 6 pm to check out the new pass holder lounge and get our Figment magnets! We then checked out the rotating food menu at the Flower and Garden Festival and used the new discounts for annual pass holders.

Once the event started there were free snacks like Mickey premium bars and popcorn and were available throughout the night.  And if you’re looking for a break from the excitement, check out the new Epcot Pass Holder Lounge located in the Land Pavilion. It’s open during regular park hours and offers convenient amenities like phone charging, free water, and candy.

Despite the longer than anticipated wait for Guardians, reduced attendance and cooler temperatures make these events a recommended experience for guests. We were able to ride 10 out of the 11 available attractions, with only Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure being missed.
