Fireworks testing will be taking place at EPCOT tomorrow, June 23, after the park closes to the public. This will occur between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. ET, as noted in an advisory at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn we noticed today:

New Nighttime Show Coming to EPCOT
At the end of May, a crane arrived in the World Showcase Lagoon of EPCOT to begin construction on a new nighttime spectacular for the park. The tests tomorrow may be directly connected to this new experience.
EPCOT Forever is currently being performed nightly in World Showcase, though it’s just a temporary return until a new 100th anniversary spectacle debuts later this year. Our full video of the current show is available below.
Previously, Harmonious had replaced EPCOT Forever as the new permanent nighttime spectacular on October 1, 2021, using five barges within the waters of the lagoon to deliver an all-new 20-minute nighttime fireworks extravaganza. It featured a soundtrack of 15 songs in 13 languages from 240 artists around the world.
Despite the high budget and lofty expectations, Harmonious was short-lived, not enduring far beyond the Walt Disney World 50th anniversary celebrations — having its final performance on April 2 of this year before giving the spotlight back to its predecessor.
