It’s time to admit we’ve all had a love-hate relationship with the toll taken on our bodies during our Disney trips.
You’ve planned everything from which resort you’re going to stay at during your Disney World visit, which advanced dining reservations to make months before ever sitting down to eat at the restaurants, and even how to map out your day and navigate Genie+ but there’s one more thing that you may have not stopped to listen to; your body.
While it may not be the most glamorous of topics to talk about, we’re here for you — and trust us when we say even WE’VE been there! Chafing while on your Disney vacation is a very real possibility and happens to more people than you think! Since we know this is a much more common problem than most people that come to visit realize, it’s time to spill our favorite Disney Adult trade secrets of how even we’re able to frequent the parks as often as we do. We’ve also rounded up a few of our favorite items — yes, there’s more than one way to help prevent this problem before it starts — with a little help from Amazon so you can snag these saviors too.

Let’s talk about a few options for topical use, like Megababe Thigh Rescue Anti-Chafe Stick.
This anti-chafe balm is a favorite of ours because it is so discreet! It looks just like a small stick of deodorant and is applied almost the same way which gives it a no-mess application edge. It’s also safe to use anywhere the chafe is or could potentially be an issue! That makes Megababe ideal for bra straps that rub, waistbands that dig, or shoes that blister (basically anywhere that you may have sensitive skin). This brand is made of natural ingredients like aloe, pomegranate, & grapeseed oil work to soothe, moisturize & protect your skin while also giving a fresh, clean, but light citrusy scent.
This one is made for durability. It’s also best when applied before putting on your clothes for the day, but you can keep it with you and reapply it as needed. It’s also allergen free, vegan-approved, and made of plant-derivative ingredients. It’s rich in vitamins A, B, E, and F which help hydrate your skin and retain moisture.
This original version of Body Glide echos all the same natural elements and vitamins used in the version we just showed you and can also be used throughout the day for quick, easy, and pain-free application! It also doesn’t have a scent when applied making it very stealthy on those hot park days.
As the listing suggests these are sold in a 3-pack that comes in various colors making them very easily missed while worn under your day clothes. They’re made of 90% Nylon, and 10% Cotton making them a super soft, seamless fabric with high stretchability. These shorts are also machine washable with sizes ranging from small to 3XL which is a huge plus!
We’ve talked a lot about chafing up to this point, but blisters are seemingly unavoidable at Disney after being on your feet all day through the sweat and the water rides. This topical balm is used on sensitive skin areas prone to blistering like your heels, from your shoes, cleats, boots, socks, and sandals. The directions for this one say to apply the balm before you put on shoes for blister prevention and raw skin caused by rubbing. Body Glide’s Foot Glide anti-blister balm is infused with vitamins A and C to help soften the skin and restore dry, chapped, and chafed feet. Using this balm stick also helps minimize inflammation and irritation.
The package we’re showing here contains 12 sheets of moleskin tape, which is 132 pieces in total. That’s A LOT! You’ll have enough moleskin tapes in 11 different shapes for your daily use and replacement. This large pack comes in especially handy when you have a big group or family traveling with you and can also give them as gifts, or be the hero when in need. The shoe moleskin padding is sticky but has no residue and prevents direct friction between the foot and the shoe. In turn that helps to alleviate the pain of new shoes — which we’re all guilty of buying and wearing JUST for vacation, am I right? — grinding against your foot or on those long walks in the parks that are known to bring on the blisters.
