The Walt Disney World Resort shares new details every Friday in a segment they call “Foodie Friday,” and this week, they’ve announced that a few new menu items are being added to Flying Fish beginning June 14. In addition to new things, some of their signature dishes have been updated. This restaurant is located on Disney’s BoardWalk, and it’s a quick walk from the World Showcase entrance of EPCOT.
Take a look at the updates below!
- Spanish Octopus with saffron aïoli, shaved fennel, and crispy garlic (pictured at top) (New!)
- Hazelnut Dacquoise with praline, milk chocolate whipped cream, candied hazelnuts, and orange sorbet (pictured above-left) (New!)
- Oak-grilled Romaine with buttermilk-crème fraîche, pecorino romano, marinated vegetables (pictured above-right) (New!)
- Plancha-seared Scallops with savory grits, sweet corn, and peppadew emulsion (pictured below-left)
- Char-crusted New York Strip with Mille-Feuille potato gratin, seasonal vegetables, and béarnaise sauce (pictured below-right)
Which of these new/updated dishes would you try if you were eating dinner tonight at Flying Fish? For me, it would be the scallops!
