We see a lot of mentions of Southwest Airlines from our readers, so we keep you updated when Southwest adds any new flights, changes of service to Orlando, or has a great sale. Well, now, we’ve got a huge Southwest update for you: two flights have resumed non-stop service on Southwest to Orlando!

If you live in or fly out of Cincinnati, OH, or Jackson, MS, you need to know this! Southwest Airlines has resumed weekly non-stop service from these two cities. Orlando International Airport recently made the announcement on Twitter.

So now you have an easier way to get to Orlando from those cities — believe us, we know how hard it is to find a non-stop flight to Orlando from many places these days! So if you’re thinking about booking a flight for that next Disney World trip, now might be a good time to do it!

Is it time to book a flight to Disney World?

If you DO book that flight, be sure you make plans for transportation FROM Orlando International Airport to Disney World. You have several options that include Mears Connect and Sunshine Flyer (paid shared shuttle services similar to the old Magical Express), renting a car, and rideshare. You’ll have to weigh all the options and determine which is best for your budget and needs.
