Walt Disney World’s My Disney Experience app has been struggling to display attraction wait times throughout the day.
My Disney Experience Wait Times Malfunction
Guests using the My Disney Experience app have been getting this notification:
Pardon the Inconvenience: My Disney Experience attraction wait times may be inaccurate or not available at this time. Please visit attraction entrances in park for updated wait times. We apologize for the inconvenience.
This morning, wait times weren’t showing up at all. Since then, we have been able to see wait times show up in the app, but as the notification indicates, they may not be accurate. It does at least mean normal, accurate estimates are actively being restored. A return to regular functionality is happening now.
Other My Disney Experience offerings aren’t currently affected.
The My Disney Experience App
The My Disney Experience app is an essential tool when visiting the Disney Parks; through it, guests view wait times, locate places they want to visit with maps, make dining reservations, order food, purchase merchandise, utilize Genie+ & Lightning Lane, purchase and manage tickets, make park reservations, and so much more.
