We Found the PERFECT Excuse To Visit Jaleo at Disney Springs This Week

Who doesn’t love exploring Disney Springs?

Disney Springs

There are so many different restaurants to eat at and so many things to do (many of which you likely have never heard about before). Some of our favorite times in Disney Springs come when there’s a holiday or celebration happening. And that’s exactly why you NEED to visit this restaurant later this week.

June 15th is World Tapas Day, and one of the best places you can go for this traditional Catalan-style dining to celebrate the occasion is Jaleo by José Andrés in Disney Springs.

Jaleo

The chef who founded the restaurant, José Andrés, was an integral part of bringing this unique style of dining to the United States. To celebrate the holiday, you can grab the Gambas al Ajillo — shrimp sautéed with garlic — or Berenjenas con Miel — fried eggplant with honey and lemon zest. Additional fan-favorite tapas (like Patatas Bravas and Pan con Tomate), sangrias, and cocktails are also available.

Reservations are highly recommended for this restaurant (which you can make on the My Disney Experience App), or you can sit at the bar for Sangria Hour from 6 to 8PM. Even if you won’t be in the area on June 15th, we recommend stopping by Jaleo on your next trip to try it out, and stay tuned to DFB for all the latest Disney news!
