What does your dream Disney World vacation look like?
Maybe it’s walking with a Mickey pretzel down Main Street, U.S.A., or being the first person to ride Space Mountain for the day. What if you never actually had to leave Disney World at all and could actually live there? Well, you can — but it’s going to cost you.
Disney World’s Golden Oak neighborhood is home to some seriously impressive houses — okay, they’re less like houses and more like palatial estates. If you’ve got a cool million plus you need to get rid of, some of these incredible houses are currently for sale — let’s check them out.
The Princess Palace
Ever dream of living like a Disney princess? Well, this house may just be the easiest way to do it — if you’ve got $11,995,000 to spend. This Italianate-inspired home boasts five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and is 6,756 square feet.
There’s a large, open living space for watching all the Disney movies and shows you could possibly ever want, but if you ask us, this home has some seriously cool nods to iconic movies.
You’ll find a Little Mermaid-themed room…
… and a Moana bedroom! There’s also a Toy Story room in this house.
Oh, and can we talk about this pool?! We would gladly live out our childhood fantasies of becoming mermaids here.
Check out the full listing here.
The White House
Welcome to our new crib — kidding, but we can dream. This mansion reminds us of a certain home located at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, D.C., but the inside is just a bit different.
We didn’t find many Disney touches in this home, but it does feature six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Not only that, but there’s 9,444 square feet of living space. Oh, and it’s slightly cheaper than the last house at a mere $9,650,000. Chump change if you really think about it, you know?
Those fancy chandeliers do kind of remind us of Beauty and the Beast, though you won’t find too many overt Disney nods in this home.
But, the pool kind of makes up for it. If you need us, we’ll be pretending we’re plotting and scheming in Game of Thrones as we walk past all those columns.

The Pixar Paradise
Don’t you worry — we saved the best for last. For just under $20 million ($19,000,000 to be exact) you can move into this palatial Pixar paradise. Built in 2017, it features seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and is 9,254 square feet.
You’ll find plenty of living space with lots of windows for a little ~natty light~ moment. But, the rest of the interior is really where the house shines.
You won’t want to let this room go (see what we did there?) once you see that it’s complete with Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf! Seriously, this is a Frozen fan’s dream!
But, if you prefer a more nautical vibe, check out this Finding Nemo room complete with Bruce the shark sticking out from the wall.
Oh, looking for the absolute coolest place to watch movies and hang out? This Star Wars movie room is definitely the answer (and where you’ll find us from now on.)
And of course, it wouldn’t be an epic Florida home without a stellar pool. Just imagine all the Dole Whips and Mickey Premium Bars you can chow down on out here.
You can see the full listing here. Our only question is: when can we move in? We’ll be on the hunt for more ridiculously expensive Disney World purchases, so be sure to stay tuned to DFB for more!
