After a brief appearance around Memorial Day weekend, the Cinderella’s Carriage photo op has returned again in the Fantasyland area of Magic Kingdom.
Cinderella’s Carriage Photo Op
This carriage is located adjacent to the Pinocchio Village Haus quick service restaurant, and will likely stick around at least until the actual Fourth of July.
The carriage, or coach, is pumpkin-shaped and features gold accents with trim. If you’ve seen the 1950 Disney animated classic, you’ll remember the Fairy Godmother transforms a pumpkin into a carriage for Cinderella to take to the Royal Ball.
Inside, the seat is a vibrant magenta color, and appears to be velvet. A golden “C” is depicted in the back window.
Until May of this year, Cinderella’s Carriage hadn’t been seen in Magic Kingdom since Valentine’s Day 2019. While you are welcome to take pictures outside of the carriage, guests are not allowed to touch or sit on anything inside.
Independence Day at Magic Kingdom
To celebrate the Fourth of July, a U.S. Air Force flyover has been announced for Tuesday morning. Additionally, on July 3 and 4, Disney’s Celebrate America! — A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky will be returning in the nighttime.
Have you taken photos at this spot before? Is it a must-go? How are you celebrating this holiday weekend? Let us know in the comments.
