If You Know, You Know: We Can’t Stop Talking About This Disney World Brownie

Look, sometimes you just need to own exactly who you are. And we own that we have a sweet tooth, especially for Disney treats.

Madame Leota Crisped Rice Cereal Treat

Some may call it a problem, we call it research. At Disney World, there are a lot of treats to try. We ran to try the Madam Leota treat at Magic Kingdom. We also ate TWO new churros and reviewed them, but really, we did it for you. If you’re a dessert fan, we bring you our reviews on all sweet things to let you know if you should add them to your list on your next Disney trip.

We stopped by Regal Eagle Smokehouse in EPCOT to give the S’mores Brownie for $5.29 another try. We’ve had this brownie before, but it’s always a good idea to revisit items in the parks because they could change, and lucky for us, this one did.

S’mores Brownie at Regal Eagle

This brownie has a graham cracker crust and chocolate brownie base, topped with chocolate frosting and toasted marshmallow whip. When you cut into the brownie, you’ll really see that the brownie has a cake-like structure to it, making it more airy and light than a traditional fudgy brownie. We like that texture because it helped the dessert feel less dense.

Look at the cake-like brownie

The brownie was moist, and the graham cracker base was crumbly, giving it a nice texture. Surprisingly, we found this was not overly sweet; in fact, it was pretty well-balanced. That said, we still suggest this treat for true chocolate fans or s’mores lovers, as that is exactly what it tastes like. We also recommend using a fork to eat it because the marshmallow topping can melt in the heat. Grab napkins — you’re gonna need ’em.

Delicious!

This dessert has been on the menu at Regal Eagle since it opened, though, in the past, it has been a hit or miss for us. Last year, we saw it feature a Mickey Pumpkin decoration, and besides it being cute, it fell short for us. We found it to be too sweet back then.

This guy just wasn’t as good!

Sometimes, mass-produced baked goods are not consistent in Disney Parks. One could be dry, and one could be perfect. We are happy to report that this time around, this one hit the mark for us. So the next time you’re in EPCOT and have a sweet tooth, mobile order one of these! Just LOOK at it — how can you not want to give it a try?!
