The 2023 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival booths installed a few weeks ago now have signs and more booths have been installed. These booths are for both Global Marketplaces and merchandise stands. Be sure to check out the Global Marketplaces menus, too.
The Noodle Exchange
The Noodle Exchange will join the festival late on August 15.
We were impressed with The Noodle Exchange’s offerings last year.
Japan
The Japan Global Marketplace is next to the Japan Pavilion.
One of the festival favorite dishes makes a return to Japan this year, with the Teriyaki Chicken Bun staying on the menu.
Australia
Australia is back again. It was a standout last year and every menu item is returning this year.
The Australia booth is near the World Showcase bridge, not far from the Canada Pavilion.
Shimmering Sips
Shimmering Sips has quickly developed a reputation as one of our favorite global marketplaces, and the new menu has a few favorites from 2022, like the Blood Orange Mimosa.
Shimmering Sips is across from Australia.
Belgium
Belgium is between the France and Morocco Pavilions.
The food offerings in Belgium are the same as they were last year, and that’s not a bad thing.
Brazil
Near the Belgium booth is the Brazil booth, though it didn’t have a sign when we last checked.
Spain
Spain is across from the Germany Pavilion.
We thought the offerings at the Spain Global Marketplace last year were sophisticated and thoughtful. All of the food offerings return, while the entire drink menu will be turned over.
The Alps
Near Spain are The Alps and Germany Global Marketplaces.
The popular Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese with Alpine Ham, Baby Potatoes, Cornichons and Baguette returns to The Alps this year.
A new sweet addition awaits, in the form of Dark Chocolate Fondue with Berries, Pound Cake and Meringues, giving those on a plant-based diet something to crave.
Germany
A standard of the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is the Germany booth. With hearty, traditional dishes and plenty of beer to go around, this booth is always a must-do.
Kenya
Back for its third year at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is the Kenya booth.
It’s between the Germany Pavilion and Refreshment Outpost.
China
The China Global Marketplace is, of course, near the China Pavilion.
Mexico
Across from the Mexico Pavilion is the Mexico Global Marketplace.
Hawai’i
Just like last year, the Hawai’i location will open a few weeks behind most of the rest of the Global Marketplaces on August 15. And like last year, it will feature the SPAM® Sushi with Sushi Rice, Teriyaki-Glazed SPAM, Spicy Mayonnaise, Eel Sauce and Nori, a big favorite for us last year.
This booth is at the entrance to World Showcase, right at the end of the bridge.
India
The India Global Marketplace is near the China Pavilion, just before the bridge leading to Refreshment Outpost.
India is still a relatively new addition to the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, with 2023 being its sixth appearance.
Italy
Back for another year at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is the Italy marketplace. For any avid reader of WDWNT, you may remember that we’ve never had good luck with any food to come out of the Italy booth.
It’s across from the Italy Pavilion.
Flavors of America
At The American Adventure Pavilion is Flavors of America, a new name for Hops & Barley.
Canada
The fan-favorite Canadian Cheddar and Bacon Soup is back in Canada this year.
Ireland
The Ireland Global Marketplace is at the U.K. Pavilion.
Refreshment Port
Refreshment Port will serve BeaverTails this year. The iconic Canadian pastry is returning to the park after over 15 years.
Festival Markets
The Festival Markets throughout the park will sell be decorated for EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival and sell various merchandise.
Some still have EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival signage.
