It’s Fourth of July weekend at Walt Disney World, and what better way to celebrate than with the newly-added Chipotle Barbecue All-Beef Hot Dog at Casey’s Corner in Magic Kingdom?

This hot dog tasted better than we had initially expected.

To our surprise, the slaw and pulled pork combination go together pretty well here. However, we need to discuss the slaw.

This coleslaw has chopped cilantro, which we aren’t fans of, but we couldn’t really taste it here. We also found the slaw to be super sweet, much sweeter than the usual slaw you would find elsewhere.

The pulled pork was definitely overcooked, and had the texture of meat that had been kept in a slow cooker for over a day.

However, if that’s a texture you enjoy, then you’ll find the pulled pork to be very soft and moist.

You’ll want to be careful when eating, as the bun gets soggy from the juices of the pulled pork, and tends to fall apart.

We would recommend this new addition to Casey’s Corner to guests who get a craving for a hot dog, but the regular option just isn’t enough. This version will definitely leave you satisfied.
