REVIEW: S’mores Macaron at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe in Disneyland

Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe at Disneyland park is offering a twist on a classic summer treat with the S’mores Macaron.

Chocolate-dipped Macaron Shell, Toasted Marshmallow, Marshmallow Mousse, Chocolate Mousse Center, and Graham Cracker Crumbles

Whether it’s because it sat in the sun for 10 minutes or it was designed that way, it tastes a lot like a melted s’more. It’s a little dry and surprisingly salty, but still delicious.

It’s also quite large, so it would make a great snack to share.

The chocolate and the marshmallow flavoring complement each other very well.

On a muggy summer day, we’d probably go for something more refreshing but come fall, this will be a delightful offering.
