These Are the 5 Booths You SHOULD NOT MISS at the Food and Wine Festival in 2023

It’s almost time, y’all!

2022 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival

The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival starts on July 27th — and that is SOON. We can’t wait to eat and drink all the NEW menu items, but we’re also looking forward to revisiting some of our favorite booths. So we’re going to tell you which booths are MUST-DOs for this year’s festival.

The Fry Basket

What’s not to love about a food booth that’s ALL about fries? You can even get a FRY FLIGHT with a variety of three different kinds of fries. If you love fries, this could be your favorite booth! This booth only just premiered in 2022, but it became an instant favorite of ours, and we can’t wait to revisit it this year.

Fry Flight from The Fry Basket — 2022

We highly recommend the returning Adobo Yuca Fries with Garlic-Cilantro Aïoli, which we couldn’t get enough of last year. Will we be ordering them again this year? Oh, yes, we will.

India

If you love flavorful food, you’ll want to head STRAIGHT to the India food booth to try what might be one of our favorite cheese dishes EVER. We’re talking about the Curry-Spiced Crispy Cheese with Mango-Curry Ketchup, which blew our minds last year — trust us, this is one cheese dish that does not disappoint (like cheese could EVER disappoint us).

We also really liked one of the other items here: the Chicken Tikka Masala with Fennel-Spiced Yogurt, and Naan Bread. There’s also a Mango Lassi drink here that’s a must for mango fans.

Hawai’i

We NEVER skip the Hawai’i booth because its offerings do NOT disappoint. This booth always does something interesting with Spam, and we pretty much LOVE IT every time. This year, we’re looking forward to reuniting with the SPAM Sushi with Sushi Rice, Teriyaki-Glazed SPAM, Spicy Mayonnaise, Eel Sauce, and Nori

The Kalua Pork Slider is also fantastic, as is the Passion Fruit Cheesecake. Seriously, we’ll probably eat EVERYTHING here and love it. The Aulani Sunrise drink is also a fave here — it’s made with Vodka, DOLE Pineapple Juice, and Grenadine.

Refreshment Port

We also go back to the Refreshment Port for EPCOT Food and Wine for the Braised Beef Poutine, made with French Fries with Braised Beef, Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese Sauce, Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Crumbles and Gherkin Relish. Y’all — this is seriously one of our favorite items every year.

This year is also bringing a NEW item that sounds pretty good to the festival: it’s the Cinnamon-Sugar Beaver Tail, and we think this could be like a churro thing, and, well, we’re always down for that. The Florida Orange Groves Winery Sparkling Peach Wine also sounds SO GOOD.

Canada

Okay, so this is probably not even a surprise, but we will ALWAYS tell you FOREVER AND EVER that you have to go to the Canada booth if only for the Canadian Cheddar and Bacon Soup served with a Pretzel Roll. It’s one of our absolute FAVORITE EPCOT festival foods. Cheese soup, y’all. CHEESE SOUP.

The Famous Soup!

However, this is also a great opportunity to try out the same filet mignon from Le Cellier without an advance dining reservation because you can also get Canadian Filet Mignon with Truffle Boursin Mashed Potatoes, Mushroom, and Boursin Truffle Butter here, too.

Here’s our 2022 review of Canada

These are just a few of our favorites, obviously, and there are a lot of NEW foods coming this year, including brand-new food booths. We’ll be covering EVERYTHING (and eating everything) when the festival arrives on July 27th (it runs through November 18th), so stay tuned to DFB for reviews!
