Where would the theme park industry be without Japan?

Some of the greatest technological innovations, most creative elements of storytelling, and highest-quality immersive environments call this nation home, and it seems only fitting that the people of Japan, eager and excited about the theme park world, receive high-quality parks news in their own words.

Now Presenting: WDWNT Japan

While WDWNT.com was founded to provide news and information about the Disney Parks around the world already, there has been a resounding demand by our audience to offer the same quality level and frequency of coverage in the Japanese language for our overseas readers that our English foundation receives. Based on your feedback and the popularity of Tokyo Disney Resort and Universal Studios Japan in particular, we begin a new journey today: WDWNT.JP!

WDWNT, or WDWNT.jp, will provide daily news updates from the Japan theme parks and resorts, along with translated pieces of WDWNT news from around the world. From Orlando to Hollywood, Osaka to Singapore, and Tokyo to Beijing, our Japanese service will approach Disney and Universal parks news with that same passion and commitment WDWNT puts into every venture.

We are excited that this expansion will also naturally grow the in-depth coverage we provide at Tokyo Disney Resort in Urayasu, along with Universal Studios Japan in Osaka. Since 1983 and 2001, both destinations have inspired awe in guests and pioneered legendary attractions such as Pooh’s Hunny Hunt and The Flying Dinosaur.

You can keep up with all of the the fun as it happens on our website at WDWNT.jp or through social media on Instagram.

Our most exciting stories are ongoing as we cover the new Super Mario Power-Up Summer and Halloween Horror Nights developments at Universal Studios Japan, along with an upcoming 40th anniversary drone show and Baxmax’s Mission Cooldown Cavalcade at Tokyo Disneyland. Of course, we will continue to cover these offerings in English at WDWNT.com.

This is only the beginning though. We look forward to you joining us on every step of this amazing adventure.

I believe that we were able to bridge these two different cultures together. The world has to be a peaceful place and I would like to see more and more of these bridges built across the world.
