If you’re a Disney Visa Cardmember, listen up!

There are MANY reasons to grab a Disney Visa card, including the fun card designs, access to exclusive deals, and more. But there are 2 specific perks that you might not have realized you can get in Disney World ONLY if you are a Disney Visa Cardmember!

Did you know that there are Disney Visa Cardmember-exclusive character meet-and-greets in Disney World?! That’s right! You might be able to skip that long character line because there’s a quicker way to meet some popular Disney friends…if you have a Disney Visa card, that is!

Let’s take a look at what these involve.

EPCOT

Over at EPCOT, you’ll find a Disney Visa-exclusive character meet-and-greet spot near the Journey into Imagination pavilion. What you’ll want to do is walk to the left-hand side of the pavilion (if you’re facing it) — past the Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival.

That’s where you’ll find a sign for the Disney Visa Photo Spot!

Head inside and you’ll get access to a private meet-and-greet location. You’ll get the chance to meet some of your favorite Disney characters here. In the past, we’ve spotted Minnie, Pluto…

…Goofy and Mickey here, but availability can change!

You will need to present a valid Disney Visa card to enter, so just be sure to bring that with you.

And keep in mind that the hours here can be quite limited. For example, as of the time of the writing of this post, the spot is generally only open from 1PM to 6:30PM daily, so be sure to factor that into your plans.

Still, it’s a great way to say “hello” to some pals without too much of a wait! And the best part? You’ll get FREE downloads of your photos.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, there’s ANOTHER exclusive character experience. For this one, you’ll want to head to Star Wars Launch Bay. You can find a variety of Star Wars meet-and-greets here, but there’s one that’s JUST for Disney Visa Cardmembers!

It can be hard to find so you’ll really need to know where to look! To get to it, search next to the BB-8 meet and greet. You’ll find a small hallway there with access to the Disney Visa cardholders-only meet.

This one is ALL about the Dark Side — it’s a meet-and-greet with the one and only DARTH VADER! Again, because it is hidden and exclusively reserved for Disney Visa Cardmembers it means you’ll generally get the chance to meet this character with a shorter line than you’d find elsewhere.

The hours can be quite limited though. As of the time we searched, it was generally only available from 11AM to 4PM.

A valid Disney Visa Card will be required to enter the space and you’ll get FREE photo downloads from your experience here.

To be clear, these aren’t new perks — they’ve been around for a while. But they are just two MORE reasons you might want to consider signing up for a Disney Visa Card, particularly if you absolutely LOVE meeting characters in the parks!
