An EPCOT Snack Has CHANGED — But You’ll Need to Act Fast to Try It!

You know us…we have our favorite Disney World snacks. If you’ve been a DFB reader for a while, you’ll probably know what many of them are.

Regal Eagle Smokehouse

Yep, Corn Dog Nuggets with Plastic Cheese is up there close to the top. But we’ll also grab a Mickey Pretzel with that cheese any day. Dole Whip is a classic. But we might just have a NEW snack to add to our list, and we’re kinda sad because it’s only going to be around for a little while. So let’s dig a little deeper (see what we did there?) and get to our review of this new Tiana-inspired treat.

It’s World Princess Week, and Disney is celebrating with a TON of new snacks, including new treats in Disney World. One of those treats is Tiana’s Banana Pudding at Regal Eagle Smokehouse in EPCOT. For $5.29, you get a cup of Banana Pudding layers topped with a chocolate decoration with Tiana on it. We’ve seen this treat come and go quite a few times before with various seasonal toppings, so we had high hopes it would live up to the old hype. This time around, Disney topped its classic banana pudding with a Tiana chocolate decoration — a small (and familiar) change.

Isn’t it pretty?

Okay, you had us at banana pudding. But we know what good banana pudding tastes like. So we’ll admit we were skeptical. However, one bite into this creamy dessert had us convinced that this snack is one Tiana would be proud of serving at her restaurant. The layers of banana pudding were so fresh, and we loved the drizzle of melted caramel on top of the whipped cream.

As tasty as it looks? Yes!

Y’all. We’re just going to say it. This tastes homemade. We’re talking like the banana pudding your Grandma used to make. We can’t criticize a THING about this dessert, and yes, for the price point, we’d totally order another one. If you love banana pudding, this one will NOT disappoint.

Just a few more bites

There’s just one big problem with this dessert: it’s only going to be around through the month of August. So if you want to try it, you’ll need to get your hands on it before the month ends. We’ll also be trying more princess treats soon, so stay tuned to DFB for more reviews.

WE KNOW – there are SO many great snacks at Disney World! How do you choose (we don’t want to choose but will blow our budget on Day 1 otherwise)? We’ve got you covered! We have reviewed nearly EVERY snack available at Disney World, and we’ve written a series of DFB Guides about them!
