After announcing it in their Halloween food and beverage guide, Disneyland Resort has released an image of the new Mickey Mouse Skeleton Bucket that will be available this season.
Mickey Mouse Skeleton Bucket
The bucket depicts Mickey in a skeleton costume, lifting up a skull mask to reveal his face underneath. He carries a jack-o’-lantern bucket of candy.
This popcorn bucket will be available beginning September 1 at popcorn carts throughout Disneyland Park. It will have a limit of two per person, per transaction and no discounts are available.
Disneyland Resort also announced a new sipper of Minnie Mouse dressed as Winifred Sanderson from “Hocus Pocus.”
More Halloween at Disneyland Resort
“Wondrous Journeys” will have its final 2023 performance on August 31 to make way for the Halloween season. It will be replaced by “Halloween Screams,” a nighttime spectacular performed at Disneyland Park. The show features characters from “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” as well as classic Disney Villains like Ursula and Cruella de Vil.
“The Nightmare Before Christmas” characters make their home in The Haunted Mansion at Disneyland each year for the Haunted Mansion Holiday overlay. The Haunted Mansion is currently closed and will reopen with the holiday overlay on September 1.
Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit will also return. The scavenger hunt activity gives guests the opportunity to purchase a game board, locate and check off hidden pumpkins throughout the Downtown Disney District, and then trade in their completed map for a prize.
Mickey and Minnie will debut new Halloween costumes this year.
