We keep an eye on ALL food-related news in Disney World.
We love to keep an eye out for new snacks so we can share our thoughts on all the best new treats. We also check out EVERYTHING at EPCOT’s festivals to make sure we can recommend ONLY the best items. We also keep an eye on menu updates at Disney World, and sometimes, we spot price increases. Well, we’ve got some price increases to tell you about for TWO restaurants at a popular EPCOT World Showcase Pavilion.
Over at EPCOT’s Mexico Pavilion, home to some of our FAVORITE margaritas, you’ll find that two restaurants there have just gotten a little pricier.
Let’s start with the menu changes we saw at La Hacienda de San Angel. Some appetizers are now going to cost you more:
- Guacamole changed from $14.50 to $15
- Flautas changed from $15 to $16
- Queso Fundido changed from $15.50 to $16
- Tlayuda changed from $15.50 to $16
The Entrees part of the menu has also been updated with price increases:
- Osso Buco a la Mexicana changed from $48 to $49
- Pollo Poblano changed from $31 to $32
- Alambre de Res changed from $34 to $35
- Chile Relleno changed from $28 to $29
- Cochinita Pibil changed from $33 to $34
- Tacos de Carnitas de Pato changed from $35 to $36
There are also some price increases at San Angel Inn Restaurante in the Mexico Pavilion. Some Starters here have also seen price increases:
- Guacamole changed from $14.50 to $15
- Queso Fundido changed from $15.50 to $16
- Tostadas de Pollo changed from $15 to $16
The following entrees also increased in price.
- Pollo a Las Rajas changed from $31 to $32
-
Tacos de Ribeye changed from $33 to $34
- Enchiladas de Pollo changed from $28.75 to $29.50
So keep that in mind if you have plans to dine in the Mexico Pavilion — price increases DO happen, and you can keep an eye on the Disney World website or My Disney Experience app to see the current prices, but we’ll also keep you updated on menu changes in Disney World, so stay tuned to DFB for more.
