Full List of Character Meet and Greet Locations for 2023 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Walt Disney World has released a list of all the meet and greet locations at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party for 2023. Most of the characters have not been confirmed, but we have listed those who were available over the previous years as they are likely to return.
