Okay, okay — we know there’s going to be a LOT of debate on this one but we’ve just got to talk about the Quick Service restaurants in EPCOT.
There are so many food options in this park and that can make it incredibly overwhelming to know which one is the “best” one to pick for you and your group. So today we’re going through what we think could be some of the most amazing options, but fair warning — even our own team was STRONGLY divided on this topic!
Basically, when we threw out this topic to our team, everyone had VERY strong opinions. Some clearly championed one restaurant while others were AGHAST that their choice was not the definitive answer. And we even had one team member making a compelling argument for a rather small Quick Service location. So here’s the breakdown of our picks for what could be the very BEST of the BEST Quick Service restaurants in EPCOT.
Connections Eatery
We’ll start things off with one of the newer spots in EPCOT and the restaurant that one of our team members felt was the obvious choice for the best pick — Connection Eatery.
There’s a lot to love about Connections Eatery. In terms of location, it’s right near the front of the park, in World Celebration, so you can grab your lunch before venturing over to World Showcase.
There are LOTS of tables in here, the atmosphere is bright and open, there are plenty of windows so you can people-watch to your heart’s content, and there are some beautiful design elements (particularly when it comes to those murals).
Mobile Order is available and there is real silverware — a step up from the plastic offerings at many other places. But, now let’s talk about the menu. The dishes here are inspired by global flavors and there really is a little bit of everything to please the whole group.
Want a filling meal? Opt for a burger or chicken sandwich. The toppings absolutely MAKE the French Bistro Burger (it has caramelized onions, bacon, brie, mushrooms, and dijon mayonnaise) and it’s one of the best burgers we’ve had in a Disney World park.
More of a pizza person? That’s available here too in different flavors like Margherita, Pepperoni, and Cheese. (Try the Margherita Pizza — the flavors on this pizza were INCREDIBLE — so fresh, bold, and tangy!)
Looking for a salad or just something different? Do NOT underestimate the options here. The General Tso Chicken Salad is a giant portion size and packs a TON of flavor.
There’s even a tasty plant-based California Burger here, kids options, and the signature Liege Waffle (which is a great way to end things on a sweet note!).
But wait…there’s MORE! You can also get some alcoholic beverages here, as well as non-alcoholic specialty drinks like the Mango-Coconut Milk Shake (a great option for those who love mango and tart fruity flavors) and we LOVED the Apple Pie Gelato Shake.
Oh and don’t miss out on the Zesty Signature Sauce here too — we’d happily buy bottles of that stuff!
Overall, Connections Eatery really has it all — unique eats plus some more “safe” options (some of which are jazzed up with un flavors), lots of seating, air conditioning (A MUST), and meal options that feel fresh and packed with flavor.

But…some members of our team didn’t feel like Connections Eatery was the “best” option for them, so our quest around EPCOT continues.
Sunshine Seasons
One member of our team was adamant that Sunshine Seasons is THE place to go when it comes to quick eats in EPCOT, and there are a number of reasons why that might be true for you.
In terms of setting, it is in a great spot — right at the heart of The Land pavilion (in World Nature), surrounded by the sounds of Living with the Land and Soarin’. It’s air-conditioned and again there’s plenty of seating here.
In terms of the food, there’s a good amount of variety too. If you want some grab-and-go options, that’s available so you can quickly grab something and head out.
For hot options, you’ll find things like an Oak-Grilled Rotisserie Chicken (with black beans and yellow rice). It’s a HUGE portion, flavorful, tender, and cooked well (plus it feels a little healthier).
Plus, there are some other filling options like Oak-Grilled Salmon (with mashed potatoes and ratatouille), Stir-fried Chicken (with a sweet-and-sour sauce), and salads.
Plus, the Mediterranean Vegetable Sandwich here is absolutely PACKED with flavor. It has Roasted Red Pepper, Red Onion, Tomato, Arugula, Hummus, and Balsamic Vinaigrette on Herbed Focaccia served with Potato Chips. If you used to love the Lighthouse Sandwich from Columbia Harbour House, you’ve gotta try this.
Oh, and did we mention there are GIANT pizza rolls here too?! You can opt for the pepperoni or cheese option. These things are the size of your head, and while some might find the Pizza option a little too greasy, we didn’t mind it!
There are also alcoholic drink options, kids menu selections, and the real star of the show — a bakery FULL of deliciousness. The plant-based cookies ‘n “cream” chocolate mousse cup is a big favorite of one of the members of our team, the strawberry shortcake is a classic here, the turtle brownie is a hidden gem, and we CANNOT STOP singing the praises of the new Peanut Butter Whoopie Pie we found here recently.
So whether you want filling eats or sweet treats, Sunshine Seasons has you covered.

Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie
For some of our team members, the France pavilion’s Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie is THE staple Quick Service restaurant in EPCOT — no question, and we get it.
In terms of location, it’s tucked away in the France pavilion and doesn’t have all that much seating, so that is something to keep in mind. But once you let the sights and smells draw you in, you’ll be hooked.
There is a lot to enjoy here and it’ll really give you that feeling of having traveled to another spot in the world.
Want soup? They’ve got it! We’re particular fans of the Bisque de Homard, a Lobster Bisque in a bread bowl — warm, hearty, and super affordable.
There are also plenty of sandwiches to pick from here (many of which are absolutely delicious). The Croque Monsieur is a particular highlight with that toasted ham and cheese — yuummmmmmmm.
But there are so many other things to pick from too — whether you’re in the mood for a quiche, cheese plate, bacon and cheese roll (just get this and enjoy in the carby goodness), or even a FULL BAGUETTE.
There are so many pastries to pick from too, including a Beignet filled with chocolate and hazelnuts, Pain au Chocolat, and others.
And then there’s the topic of dessert. Y’all, this is the dessert jackpot. We’re talking tarts, creme brulee, eclairs, macarons — THE WORKS.
Pair that all with a cappuccino or a Frosé, and you’ve got one epic meal that’ll transport you to a whole other part of the world.

Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue
And finally, we’ve GOT to give some love to Regal Eagle in the American Adventure. While there are more unique eats to be had in EPCOT from other countries, we can’t deny that Regal Eagle delivers quality fast food eats.
This spot has a good amount of indoor seating in a fun space where you’ll want to look for Muppets references!
And in terms of the menu, it’s got some hearty and tasty bites. Want ribs? They got ’em. (And they’re juicy with a good flavor!)
Craving some Kansas City Smoked Half-Chicken? It’s yours (and it’s super moist and has an awesome smoky flavor).
How about a BBQ Burger served on garlic toast (OHHHH YEAHHHHH)? It’s there! (The burger patty itself isn’t all that impressive but the barbecue pork on top is delicious, the sauce is great, and the onion ring on it adds an awesome crunch.)
From brisket to smoked pork butt and salads, there’s plenty of bbq goodness to go around. And you can fill up on some tasty sides too, like the baked beans with burnt ends, creamy mac and cheese, and more.
There are kids’ options and a plant-based burger too. And you cannot forget about dessert. The S’mores Brownie here REALLY impressed us recently and the Banana Pudding is fresh and tastes homemade.
Wash that down with a beer, the specialty cocktail (Tennessee Lemonade), or just a soda and you’ll have one tasty experience. It’s seriously some of the best food in the park.

Hold up! We’ve gotta list one more spot! When discussing the very best Quick Service eats in EPCOT, one of our team members would not let us make this post without at least throwing an honorable mention to Yorkshire County Fish Shop in the United Kingdom Pavilion!
This spot may be tiny and have an equally tiny menu, but that doesn’t prevent it from having a large fan base.
This place basically just serves up beer-battered fish and chips nowadays (though we have seen some other snacks pop up here from time to time). But hey, when the fish and chips are good, the fish and chips are good OKAY?!
The “chips” (a.k.a. fries) are thick-cut and served crispy, and the fish here is BIG. It has a mild and slightly sweet flavor, isn’t too heavily breaded, is crispy, and is consistently DELICIOUS.
Grab some fish, a beer, and tartar sauce and/or malt vinegar and sit down for a simple yet tasty meal.
