Yes, you read that right Magic Kingdom is already decorated with pumpkins at the beginning of Augus! Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party starts on August 11th, so we are just about a week away from this spooky event. Guests walking into the park on July 31st were welcomed with Halloween decor, and on August 1st, all the haunting merchandise appeared in the Emporium on Main Street, U.S.A, all while its 90 degrees outside.
Our fantastic contributor Zoë Wood wrote an article on how it might be too early for Halloween decorations. If you think it’s too early, I suggest you read what she had to say. Today I want to share pictures of the decor that has been put out. There is still more to come, like the Mickey pumpkins on Main Street. I understand that Halloween is still far away, but there’s no harm in starting the celebration a little early.
I am not a big horror fan, so Disney’s version of Halloween is my cup of tea, and when the pumpkins arrive, my serotonin levels rise. What I’m trying to say is that even though I was drenched in sweat looking at these pumpkin scarecrows, I was smiling ear to ear. Anyway, let’s look at the ghoulish decor that arrived at Magic Kingdom this week.
