In celebration of World Princess Week and the 100th anniversary of The Walt Disney Company, a brand new royal carriage is being added to Disney Weddings’ fleet of coaches.

One of the most beloved princess-inspired experiences offered by Disney Weddings is arriving and departing the wedding ceremony in a royal carriage. This experience is available exclusively for Disney Wedding guests and is everything that any princess could ever wish for. Disney Weddings has shared details on the newest coach being added to the mix, and it’s a pretty special one.

The official name of the carriage coming to Disneyland Resort is the Cinderella Platinum Coach! This new coach is a horse-drawn carriage that was inspired by the carriage in the classic Walt Disney Animation Studios film Cinderella. The pumpkin shape, gold color highlights, scrollwork, and lantern details are some elements from the film that carried over into the design.
