A new France Pavilion cap and travel tumbler have arrived in EPCOT at Walt Disney World.
We spotted both of these in the boutique section of Las Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie in the France pavilion.
France Pavilion Cap — $29.99
The front of this colorful cap is printed in white with an image of the France pavilion across a blue backdrop. You can see the tree-lined walkway leading back toward Las Halles, as well as the fountain and the theatre. To the right, behind the embroidery, the France pavilion’s other shops are just visible. The orientation of the print does not include the entrance area to Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, which was added in the 2021 expansion to the France pavilion, and features just the original buildings.
The French flag is embroidered on the crown of this cap and is bordered in white. The cap also is embroidered with “FRANCE: EPCOT WORLD SHOWCASE” in white.
The remainder of the cap alternates blocks of red and white, the other colors in the French flag, with blue contrast stitching and ventilation eyelets. The back of the cap has a hook-and-loop size adjuster. The interior of the cap does not continue the contrast stitching and block design of the exterior; the underside of the bill is red, and the interior of the crown is white.
Red Striped French Icon Tumbler — $27.99
This red and white striped tumbler is covered in blue line art icons of famous French monuments, including the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe.
Some famous mouse ears are also scattered in the background of the tumbler, as well as images of bicycles, cafe seats, tables, and berets.
The text featured on the tumbler is written in French, including famous phrases like “La Vie en Rose,” “Oh la la!” and more. Some Disney additions tie the art together, including “Mickey à Paris” and “Minnie à Paris”.
The item has a black rubber nonslip footer. This footer is printed with information about the tumbler. It holds 20 oz. and is not microwaveable. The tumbler itself was made in China. The inner double wall is stainless steel to maintain proper beverage temperature and to provide for easy hand-washing. Please note: this tumbler is not dishwasher safe.
The lid of the tumbler is frosted, translucent hard plastic and fits securely inside the cup with a silicone gasket.
Other New Merchandise at EPCOT
We also spotted more new merchandise in the UK pavilion at EPCOT recently, including a New Loungefly backpack, Spirit Jersey, and more. The newest releases at EPCOT also include the 2023 Food and Wine Festival assortment of merchandise.
Other pavilions at World Showcase received a merchandise refresh in December, including a collection featuring Norway’s flag at the Norway pavilion and Mexico Minnie cantina merchandise over in the Mexico pavilion.
