The updated mini Magic Kingdom Ferryboat atop the transportation service’s entrance archway at the Transportation and Ticket Center has been revealed. The mini Ferryboat was covered for two months to be refurbished like the mini Monorails were earlier in the summer.
Magic Kingdom Ferryboat Sign
The mini Magic Kingdom Ferryboat is atop the royal blue archway leading to the dock. The archway and lettering remained the same.
The mini Ferryboat is now more detailed, with tiny painted life preservers on the ends. The boxes and stripe along the bottom are now blue.
The stripe was previously red, as seen below.
The lettering of “Magic Kingdom” was painted blue during a prior refurbishment.
The color scheme of the entire Transportation and Ticket Center was updated at the start of “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” in honor of the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort in 2021. At that time, the archways were painted blue with gold signs on top. Before that, they were purple and teal (see above). Other structures around the TTC were also updated and the character gates were removed. The Magic Kingdom toll plaza was similarly reimagined.
