You never know what you’re going to see when you walk into a Disney theme park when there’s been ongoing construction. Earlier, Zoë shared a sneak peek of Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana in the World Nature area of EPCOT, and this afternoon, Erica walked into the park, and a large section of construction walls had been completely removed; you could even see the walk-through attraction’s entrance.
Take a look at some of what we were able to spot today!
In the image below, you can see part of the walking path.
The Kakamora from the film even have a place in the attraction, too!
There is a station to refill water bottles.
Disney has previously shared some images of signs that will be placed throughout the attraction, and we could peep some more today. While we couldn’t necessarily read everything they said from where we stood, we know that the walk-through is wheelchair accessible and that service animals will be permitted to walk through as well.
The attraction is set to open to guests in “late 2023” and it’s looking like it’s almost ready. Are you looking forward to experiencing this?
