A LOT is changing in Disney World, especially at Disney Springs.

A new restaurant, Summer House on the Lake is coming soon (along with a new connected dessert spot). A LOT of stores have been closing recently. One store recently got a makeover. Well, now, we can report that a NEW store is on its way and we think it’s one to get excited about.

So we got a hint that this new store was coming to Disney Springs, thanks to a job listing on ZipRecruiter for a Rothy’s Store Manager in Disney Springs. Well, Disney Springs doesn’t yet have a Rothy’s, so that’s a good indicator that it will be getting a store soon! The job was also listed on the Rothy’s website.

Rothy’s is a popular retail store that makes washable shoes and bags out of recyclable materials. The company is particularly known for its comfy flats. Although the shoes are kind of pricey (around $130 per pair), there are many folks who swear by them for both style and comfort. The company also makes handbags and totes.

So, if you’ve been looking to try out Rothy’s for yourself, you may soon be able to shop the brand right in Disney Springs. We’re all about some new shopping opportunities in Disney World! We’ll keep an eye out for an official announcement from the company about the new location, plus we’ll be on the lookout for an opening date, so stay tuned to DFB for more.
