THIS Is Why We Keep Coming Back to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in Magic Kingdom

Hey party people! Who else is celebrating the first night of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party?

We’re ready to party all night long!

We’ve shown you some of the party snacks we’ve been trying, and all the new merchandise that’s been released, but now it’s time for the entertainment to really begin. Did you know that the iconic Boo To You Parade starts off in a pretty spooky way? It’s one of our favorite parts of the entire party!

At the start of the Boo To You Parade, more as a pre-show, the Headless Horseman rides through the park.

Here he comes!

And Disney doesn’t do this by halves either, no way. The horseman actually looks headless and holds his pumpkin high in the air as he rides down the parade route on his horse.

In case you missed it, this rider seems to be RIDING TOTALLY BLIND. At least it looks that way — we’re sure Disney has some fun secrets they keep from us to keep the magic alive, but it’s really impressive to see.

We repeat: y’all this man literally has no head

This means though that when there’s rain or the terrain is too dangerous for a headless guy on a horse, the parade may still run, but the Headless Horseman may not. So keep that in mind when you’re visiting the party!
