With Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in full swing and fall around the corner, locking in your perfect fall dining reservation at Walt Disney World Resort can be the perfect way to enjoy the spooky season!
Today, we will take a look at the different dining options at Disney World in each area that would be best suited for a fall meal.
Magic Kingdom
When you are at Magic Kingdom, there are many delicious places to eat, from Cinerella’s Royal Table to Be Our Guest — there are even multiple locations at the theme park that allows you to eat inside a castle, which is not something that you get to do every day!
Right now, there are tons of spooky treats around, but if you are looking for the best fall dinner, you cannot go wrong at Liberty Tree Tavern, located in Liberty Square. This restaurant screams fall, homemade cooking, and offers some of the better table service food in Magic Kingdom. If you are a fan of Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner, filled with stuffing, turkey, green beans, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and so many more hearty options, this will be the best place for you!
Liberty Tree Tavern is all you care to enjoy family-style dining, so you can eat to your heart’s content!
EPCOT
When you visit EPCOT, there are so many different and delicious dining options that you can enjoy! The theme park has food for anyone, no matter what kind of flavor they are looking to enjoy.
Although this location is good all year round, it feels a little bit more fun to get transported here during the Halloween season. Space 220 allows Guests to blast off into space to enjoy their meal. Guests who visit will experience a one-of-a-kind dining environment that mimics what it would be like to eat while looking into space.
The experience also begins with a launch that shows you leaving EPCOT, and heading upward to your dining destination. Space 220 offers both lounge seating which allows you to eat à la carte, and prix fix dining menus for both lunch and dinner.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
If you are visiting the Tree of Life at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Resort, we would suggest heading to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, the resort right next to the theme park.
Although Animal Kingdom does have a lot of delicious tasty options for those looking to dine, nothing screams fall like bread service, and nothing screams bread service like Sanaa.
Sanaa is located in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village. Here, you can experience the art of African cooking with Indian flavors, as exotic animals roam the Sunset Savanna before you. We suggest making an earlier reservation so that you can see all of the animals outside their windows during the day, as it will be hard to see them once the sun has set.
Serving some of the most delicious food on the property, guests will never go wrong with Sanaa.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
During the fall, there are many holidays that celebrate family and the coming together of loved ones. During Thanksgiving, you have to see your aunt, that gives you all of the sloppy kisses, and your uncle, who tells you your shirt is too wrinkled. Although we love them, family can tend to be complicated and get under our skin!
So, at Hollywood Studios, why not replicate that scenario?
50’s Prime Time Café is a themed dining experience that not only transports you back to the 50s but also makes you feel like you are eating dinner at your aunt’s house, not Disney World. The Cast Members here are always in character and will punish you for keeping your elbows on the table, or for not finishing your vegetables.
They also have fun dining dishes like Aunt Liz’s Golden Fried Chicken, A Sampling of Mom’s Favorite Recipes, Grandpa Jean’s Chicken Pot Pie, Mom’s Old-fashioned Pot Roast, and more.
Disney Springs
Disney Springs has so much dining to offer, but Chef Artsmith’s Homecomin’ is certainly the best fall dining you can get! With every server wearing plaid and fried chicken being their staple, you will feel like all you need is a pumpkin pie dessert to jump into the fall season!
When you visit, you can dig into farm-to-fork cuisine showcasing Florida’s freshest flavors—all crafted from recipes by this award-winning celebrity chef!
The location also offers Rise ’n Shine Brunch. Join them for a special Southern-style brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
How Do You Score These Hard-to-Get Reservations?
When you visit Walt Disney World, it is easy to start dreaming about all the food you can eat! Maybe you want to try a steak in Le Cellier when you make it to the Canada pavilion at EPCOT, or maybe you would rather enjoy a character dining experience at Garden Grill! Many of the table service experiences at Walt Disney World are moments that you and your party will truly remember, from the delicious food to the theming, and for some, the character interactions that you can get without waiting in any line! The only issue is finding these dining reservations.
When your dream dining location is not available, it can definitely be a letdown when it comes to planning your vacation, but we have a solution for when this exact scenario occurs. Unlocked Magic will unlock the key to a fabulous dining experience at Disney, with little to no work on your part. Now that Walt Disney World has emerged from the pandemic, crowds are back in action, and there are a lot more guests that you have to compete with to grab your dining reservation.
The added stress that booking a dining reservation can bring to any Disney vacation planning can take quite a toll, especially if you have to constantly be thinking about checking for a reservation that may never appear. Unlocked Magic is able to do that for you. It’s almost as if this new app is your personal Fair Godmother, and it is ready to turn our pumpkin into a royal carriage that brings us to our favorite Disney restaurants!
How to Use Unlocked Magic
You, too, can enjoy stress-free dining reservations, and here is how! First, you have to download the app. Click here to be brought to the webpage that has the download link ready and available! (On the app store, the app is called “Circle Communities”) Next, you will click on the “Dining Reservation Finder” tab.
Then you can tap on any of the links that will bring you to the reservation request screen! All you do here is input your name, the date you want to dine, how many people you are looking to eat with, and your preferred time (you can put a specific time, but we recommend just selecting breakfast, lunch, or dinner for the fastest results!) Click “Add Alert”, and you are DONE!
Now, Unlocked Magic will be constantly searching your request, and will send you a notification once it finds a reservation option for you. You don’t have to do any of the work! We know it truly feels like the magic of a Disney vacation just became ever more magical.
Unlocked Magic is revolutionizing the way Disney guests are able to book their dining reservations, and since you are a WDWNT reader, you can do it for free! You can use code: WDWNT to unlock a free month of Unlocked Magic, so you can test the site out for yourself. Trust us, once you make that first impossible dining reservation become a reality, you will end up as convinced as we are that this is a must for Disney travelers.
A personal favorite aspect of the Unlocked Magic system is that you can set a dining reservation request before the 60-day window that Disney allows. That means that the moment your 60-day window arrives, the app will begin the search for you, and you can just relax! Dining reservations often get released at very early times in the morning, and waking up on that 60-day mark before 6:00 A.M. to try and grab your dining reservations alongside everyone else is never too magical, but sleeping in while Unlocked Magic does it for you is!
So if we have your stomach grumbling, go ahead and head to Unlocked Magic and start booking those dining reservations! (Remember, code: WDWNT will allow you to try Unlocked Magic for FREE!)
