A new “Coco” ear headband is available at Walt Disney World ahead of Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), which takes place on November 1 and 2. We found the ear headband at Plaza del Sol Caribe Bazaar, next to Pirates of the Caribbean, in Magic Kingdom.
“Coco” Ear Headband – $34.99
The ears and headband are covered in black pleather.
Between the ears is a stiff fabric patch with a sugar skull among yellow, red, and orange flowers.
The ears are debossed with more flowers, sugar skulls, and Miguel’s face.
They have pleather laces around the edges.
The debossed pattern continues on the backs of the ears.
Last year’s “Coco” ear headband is also still available.

“Coco”
Pixar’s “Coco” is based on an idea by Lee Unkrich. Unkrich developed the story with Adrian Molina, Matthew Aldrich, and Jason Katz. Molina and Aldrich wrote the screenplay and Unkrich and Molina directed the film. It was produced by Darla K. Anderson.
“Coco” follows Miguel Rivera (Anthony Gonzalez), whose great-great-grandmother Imelda (Alanna Ubach) banned music from the family after her musician husband left. Obsessed with music, Miguel steals a guitar from the tomb of famed musician Ernesto de la Cruz (Benjamin Bratt) on the Day of the Dead — which accidentally lands him in the Land of the Dead, where he meets many of his deceased family members. He teams up with down-on-his-luck skeleton Héctor (Gael García Bernal) to find a way back home.
At Disneyland Resort, Día de los Muertos is celebrated in Plaza de la Familia with “A Musical Celebration of ‘Coco.’” Disney Cruise Line’s new Disney Treasure ship will have a “Coco” restaurant with a dinner show.
