The Magic set a lot of trends, broke a ton of cruising barriers and stereotypes, and is still one of the most magical cruises to have ever sailed the seas!

We’re taking a look at how many passengers can be onboard the Disney Magic cruise ship.

The Magic is Disney’s first Cruise Line ship, which set sail on its maiden voyage on June 30, 1998. It is 984 ft long (the same height if you laid the Eiffel Tower on its side!). It is 171.5 ft tall (almost as tall as the Leaning Tower of Pisa!)

The Magic holds 875 staterooms in 10 different categories for up to 2,713 passengers. The ship is also managed by 950 Cast Members on crew. So, all told, there are 3,663 souls onboard the Disney Magic for each sailing.

And there are ton of things to do for all of those 2,713 passengers onboard. There are kids clubs for every age range, adult lounges and spas, fine dining, and immersive dinner shows, pools and splash areas, not to mention all of the live entertainment and Broadway-caliber shows!
