Reservation Systems for Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, and Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa are currently unavailable. At this time, guests are unable to book, cancel, or modify any room-only or package reservations.

This outage is also impacting Disney’s call centers, and cast members will not be able to handle inquiries during this time. Disney assures guests that they are working to get their systems back up and running.
