Tokyo Disneyland is getting a massive expansion!
Fantasy Springs is Tokyo DisneySea’s eighth port, and soon there will be THREE new lands within it! We have all the information that has been confirmed for each of these three lands!
Within Fantasy Springs there will be three new themed lands featuring Frozen, Tangled, and Peter Pan. We’re going to take you through everything that Disney has confirmed that will be inside each of these lands from restaurants to rides!
Frozen Kingdom
Frozen Kingdom will be themed to the movie Frozen and will feature snow and ice that Elsa has created around the land. It will feature one ride and two food locations.
Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey
This ride will be 6.5 minutes long and take you on a boat journey through the original Frozen movie. It will feature iconic songs from the movie and follow the sisters in their quest to thaw a frozen heart.
Royal Banquet of Arendelle
The Royal Banquet of Arendelle is a counter-service restaurant set inside the castle of Arendelle. You can dine inside in areas “reminiscent of scenes from the film” or eat outside in a covered space where you can enjoy views of the fjord cliffs and mountains.
Oaken’s OK Foods
We are so excited that Oaken will have his very own shop in Frozen Kingdom! Oaken’s OK Foods will be a small snack shop that’s run by Oaken (Oaken is the character in the film who owned the trading post and sauna). Oaken’s will be a counter-service restaurant that serves up delicious food.
Rapunzel’s Forest
Rapaunzel’s Forest will feature one ride and one restaurant alongside her tower!
Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival
For those of us who love Tangled, we’ve been waiting a long time for Disney to bring this ride to one of its parks. This is a water ride that lasts about 5 minutes. Just like in the movie when Rapunzel and Flynn Rider go on the boat to see the lanterns, you can go on a romantic boat ride to watch the Lantern Festival. You’ll also visit several other locations featured in the movie. You too will have the “best day ever!”
Snuggly Duckling
Just like the ride to see the floating lights, we’ve been waiting so long for this restaurant to come into existence. The Snuggly Duckling is a counter-service restaurant that was featured in the movie Tangled, where Rapunzel met the local “rough-and-tumble crowd”. There will be several atmospheric dining areas inside this restaurant.
Peter Pan’s Never Land
Whether you’re an adult or a child, you can visit Peter Pan’s Never Land! Never Land in Tokyo DisneySeas features two rides and its own restaurant.
Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure
This is a 6-minute, 3-D boat ride where you team up with Peter Pan, Tinker Bell, and the Lost Kids to save John from Captain Hook and his pirates!
Fairy Tinker Bell’s Busy Buggy
This ride features Tinker Bell delivering packages and parcels across various locations to the other fairies. You’ll travel around with Tinker Bell through these different locations in different seasons to ensure the fairies get their packages. This ride lasts about 2 minutes.
Lookout Cookout
Lookout Cookout is a counter-service restaurant that is also the Lost Kids’ hideout! They’ve collected parts of shipwrecks and other things that have washed ashore and stored them here.
These three lands are set to open sometime in the spring of 2024. They feature some attractions that have seemed a long time coming to Disney parks. We’re excited to see and experience all of it!
