Promotional materials released by Ravensburger have provided a first look at more Disney Lorcana: Rise of the Floodborn cards and artwork. Rise of the Floodborn is the game’s second chapter, set to be released to local retailers on November 17 and widely on December 1. Ravensburger previously announced cards like Elsa – Gloves Off and Winnie the Pooh – Hunny Wizard, and we saw some artwork in a preview of packaging. The new promotional materials tease Robin Hood, Minnie Mouse, Beast, and more character cards.
This image shows what stores get in their league play packets, including rules, a custom lore tracker, and score sheets.
The four cards visible are Robin Hood – Capable Fighter (Steel), Minnie Mouse – Wide-Eyed Diver (Ruby), Bucky – Squirrel Squeak Tutor (Emerald), and Cinderella – Knight in Training (Steel).
Bucky is the squirrel from “The Emperor’s New Groove.”
Cinderella – Knight in Training joins Cinderella – Stouthearted, a previously announced Steel card featuring the princess in knight’s armor.
In The First Chapter, Robin Hood – Unrivaled Archer is a Sapphire card, while there are two Minnie cards: Always Classy (Ruby) and Beloved Princess (Amber).
Because the cards are not finalized, they don’t display their rarity.
We also spotted new Rapunzel artwork. This doesn’t show the full card, but it depicts Rapunzel using her hair to lift her up for some painting. The art also features the Amber symbol.
There are also new header images of the Beast and the Queen of Hearts, both looking like their standard selves.
The Beast and Queen of Hearts also appear on the packaging for the Rise of the Floodborn Illumineer’s Trove and booster packs, but we don’t yet know more about their cards.
What are you hoping to see in the second chapter of Disney Lorcana? Let us know in the comments.
A Disney100 edition of Disney Lorcana will be released in December and The First Chapter will be reprinted and rereleased next year.
