HURRY! The NEW Menu Item at The Polite Pig in Disney Springs Is Only Here for a Limited Time

Disney is celebrating Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month in one of our favorite ways — with food!

The Polite Pig

We’ve already tried a delicious Passion Fruit Tres Leches and are still drooling over that Mango-Chamoy Funnel Cake we had last week, but now a new savory option in Disney Springs has caught our eye. The Polite Pig, a fast-casual spot that serves up some tasty barbecue, is participating in the celebration with a new entree. Come check it out!

For Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month, The Polite Pig is offering a new Chef Special: Smoked Half Chicken al Pastor.

This offering is “infused with chipotle pepper and achiote marinade, glazed with guajillo chili, topped with pineapple pico de Gallo, and served on a bed of flavorful sofrito rice.” It sounds like it’s packed with flavor!

If you decide to grab this new dish in Disney Springs, check out some of the other Hispanic Heritage Month treats in the area. We recently had a fun Sweet Mojito Taco at Amorette’s Patisserie and Gideon’s Bakehouse has a limited-time Coconut and Guava Macaroon Tart on select days through October 15th.
