Nearly a year after construction walls first went up in front of Keystone Clothiers to repair the store’s crumbling façade, it’s entrance is open to guests once again, though the entryway is not necessarily repaired.
Back in September 2022, something caused a large portion of the wall around the doorway to collapse, and construction walls went up weeks afterward, with seemingly no progress on repair for nearly a year.
Keystone Clothiers Entrance
As you can see in these photos, the entrance doorway is now covered by muted sage green construction materials.
The same wooden material was also added underneath the display window to the left of the entrance when looking from the street.
As you can see, multiple panels of painted wood have been cut to somewhat create an art deco-style doorframe.
From the side, you can see that these are only temporary, and likely are there to cover up the damage for the time being.
In this photo, you can really see the separate wood pieces and how they were assembled together to create the doorframe.
It is unclear just how long this “repair” will be in place, or when work will be done to bring the Keystone Clothiers entrance back to its former state.
It appears as though the damage is only localized to the exterior doorframe.
Though with this update, at least guests can resume utilizing this doorway for entry and exit.
