It’s an exciting (and delicious) time to be visiting Walt Disney World, as Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month is well underway. We’ve been sharing some of the incredible new offerings with you over the last couple of weeks, letting you know what limited-time dishes you can find throughout the parks and resorts. Everything so far has been mouth-watering to look at, and the latest additions to the list from Jaleo in Disney Springs are no different.
A special menu is available at the Disney Springs restaurant Jaleo during Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month, which includes the three dishes showcased below:
Croquetas de Jamón:
Traditional fritters with Jamón Iberico de Bellota
Empedrat de mongetes y Gamba Roja:
Lightly sauteed Gamba Roja served with a traditional Catalan bean salad of tomatoes, onions, and kalamata olives
Piña Borracha:
Fresh pineapple compressed with lime-rum syrup
Which of these would be at the top of your list? The pineapple is definitely for me. I want it, and I want it now! Let me know if you have tried any of these menu items yet and what you thought of them.
