REVIEW: EPCOT’s Secret New Dessert Has One Major Flaw

Disney has been releasing a ton of new eats lately, and we have been on a mission to try them all.

EPCOT

From pumpkin-shaped Halloween treats to a peanut butter milkshake you just can’t miss, we have tried a few winners throughout the parks recently. One little gem in EPCOT often puts out some of our favorite snacksbut if you’re not careful you could walk right past them! Sunshine Seasons has a bakery case with some delicious options, and the menu rotates occasionally, so you might not know something is there unless you go take a look. Recently, we found a new dessert at this spot that hasn’t even been added to the menu yet — come see how it went!

We found this new Cookies-and-Cream Milk Shake at Sunshine Seasons for $8.99. It’s a cookies and cream milkshake topped with whipped cream and cookie crumbs — and it’s pretty big!

New shake at Sunshine Seasons

We found this shake to be super smooth, which we enjoyed — but if you are expecting cookie chunks throughout the shake you might be disappointed. This was blended smooth, but it did have the added texture from the cookie crumbles on top, which added a nice variety.

New shake!

Unfortunately, we had one complaint with this treat — it came with a very thin paper straw, which made it difficult to drink. But aside from that, it was delicious! And for $8.99 it is a little pricey, but you could easily share this with a friend.

That straw was TINY

Recently, Sunshine Seasons added a few new items to their bakery case — like the heavenly Peanut Butter Whoopie Pie — so make sure to check it out on your next trip to EPCOT!
