Disneyland is home to so many snacks that it’s hard to choose what to eat.

We’re DisneyFoodBlog, so we try alllll the new offerings and tell you all about them to help you decide what is and isn’t worth the money. We headed over to Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor to try their new sundae. Spoiler alert: it was an explosion of strawberries!

We grabbed the Strawberry Street Car Sundae for $10.79. This treat is made of Strawberry and Vanilla Ice Cream served in a Dipped Waffle Cup with Strawberry Topping, Strawberry Crisp, and Whipped Cream. 

The strawberry ice cream tasted authentic and fresh (not like that artificial strawberry flavor you may taste sometimes), and the vanilla ice cream basically became strawberry with all the toppings. The strawberry topping tasted a little more artificially sweet, but we didn’t mind it much.

The dipped bowl was really the star here, though! It cut through all the strawberries with a crunchy texture and vanilla taste — it almost reminded us of those classic frosted animal cracker cookies.

Beware, though, this treat is messy, and we really only recommend it for those who love strawberries. You have to be committed to fruity flavors to enjoy this one.
