The Average Wait Times at EVERY Disney World Attraction — And These 6 Might Surprise You

Each week, we take a look at the average wait times at each ride in Disney World, but this week there were some unusual challenges.

Magic Kingdom during Hurricane Idalia

Hurricane Idalia made its way to Florida bringing bad weather to most of the state, including Disney World. The theme parks did not close, however, Typhoon Lagoon and the mini golf courses closed for one day due to weather. During hurricane weather like this, Disney World has cancelation policies allowing guests to move their trips, and looking at the wait times, it is clear that many people did not come into the parks.

Despite the lower wait times due to the hurricane, some rides like Slinky Dog Dash and Flight of Passage have lengthy waits. On the other hand, there were six rides with wait times that surprised us!

Slinky Dog Dash

The rides listed below all had average wait times under one hour:

  • Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
  • Peter Pan’s Flight
  • Frozen Ever After
  • Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure
  • Test Track
  • Na’vi River Journey

Peter Pan’s Flight

Since we are constantly tracking these wait times, we can confidently say it is RARE to see those attractions under a 60-minute wait. These were still some of the most popular rides in the parks, but the hurricane certainly impacted the average this week.

Take a look at the rest of the average wait times below.
