Disney Springs has so many different dining locations, but today, we will focus on all the food found in the Marketplace section. Guests can find two table-service restaurants, two quick-service spots, six snack kiosks, and one Starbucks. Let’s take a look at all those places!
Table Service Restaurants
The two table-service restaurants are Rainforest Cafe and T-REX Cafe, which are both owned by Landry’s.
T-REX Cafe is a noisy restaurant, much like Rainforest Cafe, and is also intensely themed. This is a full-service restaurant, but there’s a retail location attached. Here, guests can build a dino and shop for prehistoric-themed merchandise. The food is perfect for non-adventurous eaters, but the dishes are expensive.
Rainforest Cafe is part of a national chain of restaurants. There’s a huge saltwater fish tank that’s part of the decor. Waterfalls, lush plantings, and sound effects add to the atmosphere. Periodically, there’s a “thunderstorm,” and the animatronic animals spring to life. Adjacent to the restaurant is a large gift shop featuring Rainforest-themed merchandise, much like T-REX Cafe. The exterior of the restaurant is just as impressive as the interior. It’s a volcano! Guests will even get to see it erupt a few times a day.
These two table service restaurants aren’t the best at Disney Springs, but these locations are perfect for kids. There’s so much to see in both spots, and they entertain the younger travelers during meals. When I was younger, I loved Rainforest Cafe because of the fish tanks that are in the restaurant. Watching the fish swim made the meal more fun for me.
Quick Service Restaurants
There are two quick service spots in the Marketplace: one has a variety of food, and the other is a perfect spot for dessert. Earl of Sandwich and Ghirardelli Soda Fountain are the two restaurants.
Earl of Sandwich is a great spot to grab a sandwich, salad, or even mac’ n’ cheese. Not only is it an affordable dining option, but they also accept Annual Pass, DVC, and Cast Member discounts. The sandwiches range between $7 to $9, but it’s $4.99 to upgrade to a combo, including a fountain drink and a side. I absolutely love Earl of Sandwich. It’s one of my favorite food spots in the Marketplace.
Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop is a quick-service restaurant serving the best dessert! Not only do they serve milkshakes and sundaes, but they also have coffee. Recently, they added a non-dairy hot fudge, which I haven’t tried yet because somehow I always end up at Salt & Straw.
Snack Kiosks
One thing about Disney Springs that I love is that there are snack kiosks everywhere, meaning endless snack options exist. In the Marketplace, there are six different snack kiosks. Some of them are basic, but there are also some fun ones!
B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co. serves artisan sausages and hot dogs. Options include a variety of specialty dogs, including the Three Little Pigs – miniature versions of 3 specialty hot dogs – Pastrami Reuben Dog, Hawaiian Island Dog, and Texas Chili-Cheese Dog, and even a plant-based bratwurst sausage served on a pretzel roll. They also have seasonal offerings, so be sure to check that out!
Next, we have Dockside Margaritas. This waterfront margarita bar is themed like a Florida fruit stand from the 1960s and serves handcrafted margaritas, cocktails, and authentic Florida brews.
We all love Wetzel’s Pretzels. This walk-up kiosk serves freshly baked flavored pretzels, hot dogs, cheese dogs, frozen lemonade, granitas, and soft drinks. My favorite thing to order when I was a kid was the pretzel-wrapped hot dogs. I honestly thought it was the best invention ever.
Swirls on the Water is a fairly new kiosk to Disney Springs. This walk-up kiosk is a Dole Whip counter service with various flavors, including the classic pineapple. They make fun and creative creations for each season, so I highly recommend checking this out. Since it’s the Halloween season (at the time of writing this), they have a Haunted Mansion Cone, pumpkin soft-serve, and salted caramel soft serve.
Marketplace Snacks recently rebranded, and now they sell bubble waffles with ice cream. Sounds delicious, I know. Here, guests can find fun and creative ice cream desserts themed after Disney characters served in freshly made bubble waffle cones. They also create unique seasonal Joffrey’s offerings.
Joffrey’s stands can be found in many areas at Walt Disney World. This specific stand offers handcrafted smoothies that look delicious. Tropical smoothies of all kinds are available at this Joffrey’s location. Fun fact: Adults can also enjoy a selection of alcoholic beverages—including Bailey’s with Bailey’s, Kahlúa, and Jameson.
Starbucks!
There are two Starbucks locations at Disney Springs. The one in the Marketplace is a walk-up window with no indoor section. This walk-up kiosk is open from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. in front of World of Disney. Guests can order their favorite Starbucks drinks here. Even seasonal offerings are served here throughout the year.
