In honor of the 100th anniversary of The Walt Disney Company on Monday, Disney teamed up with TikTok to launch new features in the video-sharing app, including collectible virtual character cards, trivia, and profile frames.

The embedded X post above gives a preview of some of the features now available on the Disney100 landing page of TikTok.
Users can view videos from various Disney studios, including Walt Disney Animation Studios and National Geographic.
Guests can complete various activities to unlock character cards, like posting a video, following an official Disney account, watching a Disney video, and taking the daily trivia quiz.
The collectible character cards feature Mickey, “Star Wars” characters, Marvel superheroes, Disney Channel characters, Disney Princesses, and more.
Of course, there are also Disney sounds to use, like “This Wish” from Disney’s upcoming film “Wish.”
Users can also decorate their profiles with frames like Woody’s hat, Loki’s horned helmet, BB-8, and Minnie ears.

Disney and TikTok Announce First-of-Its-Kind Content Hub Celebrating 100 Years of The Walt Disney Company
Beginning Monday, October 16, in honor of The Walt Disney Company’s 100th anniversary, Disney will offer fans a unique, interactive experience on TikTok where stories, magic, and memories come together. Fans will be able to watch videos from across Disney’s brands, create their own videos with Disney music and effects, play daily Disney trivia, and collect and trade “Character Cards” to win unique profile frames to express their fandom.

With more than 48 Disney handles participating, the four-week activation will be live in 24 regions around the world, highlighting the breadth of content from The Walt Disney Company. Fans of Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel, ESPN, National Geographic, Disney Parks, and beyond can expect daily reminders of why they connected with their favorite characters, franchises, movies, and Disney memories.
Whether they celebrate legacy films, heroes from the #marvel universe (277 billion views) or newer classics like #encanto (31.8 billion views), Disney fans come to TikTok to connect and create entertaining, insightful videos that make the shared Disney experience on TikTok special. The creativity of Disney’s brands is beloved by more than 150 million followers of Disney-operated TikTok accounts, who tune in can’t-miss moments on @espn, exciting first looks from @disneyparks, educational content from @natgeo, and much more.
In addition, TikTok is curating a special Disney100 Playlist for our community featuring some of the most popular hits from the Disney catalog, including songs from Walt Disney Animation Studios classics such as Cinderella and The Lion King, in addition to the studio’s upcoming feature film Wish, alongside hits from Pixar Animation Studios’ Toy Story franchise and Disney Branded Television’s High School Musical franchise, among others.
