An opening date for eet by Maneet Chauhan has not been announced, but the full menu for the new Disney Springs restaurant has been released.

Eet is described as a “modern, fun Indian-inspired concept.” It will be located behind Days of Christmas in the Marketplace section of Disney Springs.

Maneet Chauhan was previously the executive chef of several restaurants in Chicago, Nashville, and New York. She was awarded a James Beard Award of Excellence. Chauhan joined “Chopped” as a judge in season 6 and has been a consistent part of the series from seasons 9 through 51. She has also appeared on “The Next Iron Chef,” “Iron Chef America,” and as a judge on “Worst Cooks in America.” In 2021, she won the Food Network’s Tournament of Champions. Vivek Deora, Chauhan’s husband, is opening the restaurant with her. Deora owns 23 restaurants across America.

Disney shared photos of some of the dishes that will be available at eet and the full menu was posted on the Walt Disney World website.
