The location of EET by Maneet Chauhan, a new quick-service restaurant soon coming to Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort, has been revealed. The new dining location will be situated in the Marketplace section of Disney Springs and will inhabit the same larger building as Disney’s Days of Christmas shop.
EET by Maneet Chauhan Location Revealed
The interactable map was recently updated on the Disney Springs website, with EET by Maneet Chauhan being added as part of the update. The new restaurant is located next to EARL OF SANDWICH and isn’t far from Goofy’s Candy Co. and Rainforest Cafe; it’s also quite close to the Marketplace bus loop.
As was speculated, the restaurant will take over the space formerly occupied by Wolfgang Puck Express. That restaurant closed permanently in late 2020.
EET by Maneet Chauhan will open at Disney Springs later this year, though no firm date has been set. It’s owned by “Chopped” judge Maneet Chauhan and her husband, entrepreneur Vivek Deora. It will serve “modern, fun Indian-inspired” cuisine and was announced in July of this year.
Chauhan was previously the executive chef of several restaurants in Chicago, Nashville, and New York. She was awarded a James Beard Award of Excellence. On “Chopped,” Chauhan joined the popular cooking competition series as a judge in season 6 and has been a consistent part of the series from seasons 9 through 51. She has also appeared on “The Next Iron Chef,” “Iron Chef America,” and as a judge on “Worst Cooks in America.” In 2021, she won the Food Network’s Tournament of Champions. Her husband Deora owns 23 restaurants across America.
